• 1/2 Pint Guiness
• 1 oz. Jamison Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme
Pour the half pint of Guiness. In a shot glass, combine the Jamison and Bailey's.
Gently drop the shot glass in the pint glass and slug the whole thing down.
Originally introduced to me many moons ago on a ski trip to Aspen over a St. Patrick's Day weekend. Recently rediscovered and praised for the glory it is.
